How to setup a payment button for youtube channel?

I keep seeing different instructions, and i just dont really understand the rules. 

I make tutorial videos on youtube, I dont not have a legal business name, because im not a business

The donations button says its only for nonprofits/charities (i think...)

I read somewhere that I have to make a business account for this, which requires a legal business name...

I dont quite get it, can someone explain the rules?
