How to get a shipping quote showing paypals discount prior to actually making the sale?

Question in title....It would help to make deals on items we are selling if we can see this cost estimate before hand. Using the standard estimators through UPS are quite a bit higher than through paypal. If we can get the estimate I can't find where...lol.

but UPS calculates shipping based on distance and weight and size,how do you where the buyer is?

Communication is the easiest way. I usually just ask the potential buyer their address.

if you know the Paypal discount formulae,you can make an estimate from the UPS quote by applying the discount it uses.
