How to create this type of checkout

Hi, I'm looking to create this type of checkout for a website. There will be a PayPal button that will take you to a page that looks like attached screenshot. 

Anybody has an idea how to create that?

Hi Swiftdone,

if you don't pass the variable amount in your button code you will have this view as the buyer has to input the amount.
