I'm in the middle of a disputeing procedure. I got scammed by a man who is a cheater and I have evidence to prove it.
My question is where can i upload supporting documents in the Resolution Center? I must to defend myself because this scammer seller try to fooling PayPal by saying that: I'm the cheater.... But I'm not. And I want to prove it, and i want my money back.
The case is now in the "reviewing by PayPal" status but i dosen't added any evidence yet. How can i do that? I don't see an upload button to make it happen.
You have any advice?
Thank You
