How can I have the invoice go to two email address and have them both listed on the one email

The client needs the invoice to go to accounts payable, but with the approver on the SAME email.

I know that I can add a CC email and/or invoice another "company," but in both cases two, separate emails are sent out, one to each party.

A Paypal invoice can only go to one Paypal email address.not two.
