Foreign Payments

1. Can I accept foreign credit card payments to my PayPal account linked to my website?

2. Can I travel to Australia and use my PayPal Here account to accept payments using the phone App?

If your account is setup to for international sales and delivery - you simply get paid - PayPal does not share the credit card info with you - if the buyer's card is accepted, you get paid.

As for PayPal Here - because it's associated with your account it can only be used in the country that your account is associated with.  So if you have a US Account.

So how can I travel to Australia and accept Australian credit cards and have the funds remit to my US account?
