Recently i have been getting these “EBay Non-Performer” payment holds. It’s only on every other payment. I have about 300 bucks on hold from selling a stone island sweater. Wondering how the hell do i fix this? I gotta pay rent soon Lol....I’ve done everything PayPal asked over twitter and it’s been 4 days since i added tracking and it hasn’t cleared yet.
