Recently, I sold on item on Ebay and on my account it says the money is on hold for 21 days(even though I've sold many things over $100 with customers giving 100% satisfaction). Usually when this happens, the money comes to my PayPal activity but now for some reason it won't come up. I recieved an email from PayPal saying that I recieved the money but when I go on the link it gives me, an error comes up and there isn't a transaction. The the payment was initiated on November 30th, and nothing has happened since then. The buyer told me that their money was taken out of their account but for me nothing is coming up. Now, I am trying to refund them the money but since it isn't coming up on my PayPal account, I'm not sure what to do. I contacted PayPal and it's been two days since they've responded so I don't think they're going to help me.
