Declined payments

Hello, maybe someone can help me. I recently upgraded to a business account so I could get the PayPal here card reader. Since then my payments from buyers keep getting declined. I have confirmed email and bank account. I even sent an invoice directly to the buyer and payment status says "we had to decline this payment". Is there something I am missing?
