I haven't used my paypal account in awhile and I wanted to add in a new card. But everytime I submitted my info it keeps giving me this message.
"Unprocessable Entity. Redirecting to /myaccount/money"
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
