A buyer claims that he has Paypal credit but I am not qualified to receive his payments through Paypal. Is this true? I have been a Paypal merchant for many years and never encountered such a thing. Thanks
Thanks, I have spoken with Paypal and they comfirmed. Apparantly this buyer is telling me that Paypal has me blocked from receiving PP Credit I guess as an excuse not to pay me. He sent me several messages through ebay stating this insuinatiung that PP and myself are prohibiting him from paying me. Are PP members allowed to do this??
