Adding extra layers against chargeback/dispute frauds on digital goods

Hello, I've been using PayPal to conduct my business as a website developer or script creator for multiple marketing websites.

A website I use has a job section, although there are no third party integrations yet such as a middle man system or anything so everything is handled between the client and merchant.

I've recently had an case of someone sending me about 21 transactiosn in order to sum up $20, it was really fishy but before I knew it after the product had been sent cause most of it was under digital goods (but I was being ignorant) I got dispute notices, then later they leveled to chargebacks, so that's about $440 in chargeback fees and the $20, I've contacted everyone I could and now we're just waiting to see who the creditcard company thinks should win the case I suppose, even though it's clear fraud.

I was wondering because my vacation is over and I need to get back into freelancing to pay bills and invoices for services I use obviously, if Paypals custom invocing system and/or paypal.me can provide me extra layers of support for chargebacks/disputes to combat them. I've been hearing about community members in the marketing places I use frequently say that paypal.me doesn't allow people to chargeback/dispute your digital goods, but I also want things to be professional so I'd really like to know if sending a paypal invoice instead would have the same effect and even give me more ground to stand on.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. (sorry if this is the wrong board)

there is no seller protection on digital/virtual goods, did you read the paypal terms and agreemnet when you sign up?

$400 chargeback fee and $20 is yours to pay.

Yes I read the terms and agreements I might have skipped over it, but in the marketing places I freelance at when selling a product usually the verified American accounts get their disputes handled and dropped when providing information of the buyer buying it and downloading it, whilst the people in the UK usually don't have that luxury for some reason.

But if there is no real way of protecting yourself against dispute/chargeback fraud on digital products is it possible that Paypal's invoicing system can provide an extra layer of support to prove you did send the client their bill and when they paid you e-mail or whatever the digital good to the customer's Paypal email that they paid with?

who said US buyers lose their disputes, search this forum?

Once again,no seller protection for virtual /digital good, customs order, vehicels, real estate and financial products.

robots do not read emails or watch video, only tracking number.

We usually get information (documents) of the client downloading the digital good afterwords we send it to the paypal disptue case then call up paypal support and it's usually instantly dropped in favor of the seller. Even with chargebacks.

Which is one of the reasons why I'm asking if using the invoice system would help provide more standing ground on the documentation field for anymore chargebacks/disputes.
