Account limitation

A couple of months ago I sold items on eBay. Everything was great but after a couple of months I wanted to quit selling items on eBay, So I refuded all of my customers at the same time. A lot of money was refunded so eBay/Paypal saw it as a suspicious activity and limited my Paypal account. I sent an Email to Paypal about the issue but unfortunately they haven't responded. I only want to use this account for regular purchases, that's all.

What can I do? Paypal doesn't respond and I feel lost Smiley Sad

Well it does seem odd that you would not honour the purchases your buyers had sent payments for first and send them out before stopping selling.

As you enter into a contract with your buyer then they may feel you have broken that contract and not fulfilled your orders.

But the only way to try and explain things is to phone them >>>

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
