cannot send payment?

 My buyer says they are unable to send payment.

"We are sorry, but we cannot send your payment right now" is apparently the automatic response from PayPal. How should I get them to try it again? Or what would be best bet to get around it. I have a personal (not business) account. Payment coming from Europe to Canada.

Hi,

I have an e-commerce site, recently i configured paypal to receive payments. but my customers are complaining that they can't send payments as paypal gives an error message (We are sorry, but we cannot send your payment right now). I have a business account and trying to get payments to canada.
