can i use paypal fees as expenses? if yes where can i find it

Can I use paypal fees as business expenses? And where can I find every month that shows how much I paid paypal? (I need to find ones from 2012 year.. not sure if it goes back that far).

Or do I need to calculate each transaction and see the fees (whoa that would be quite a homework)

You would need to check with your individual state's department of revenue as each state has their own rules and regulations , (For example, you cannot do what you have in mind in the state of Michigan).

As for finding the data you need for 2012, you need to export your account transaction history to a CSV file, then use an app like Excel to sort and manage.
