Hi,

What type of account does 2checkout.com have with PayPal ?

2checkout.com is a 3rd party aggregator and I am also wishing to enter into this business.

What sort of Category and Sub-Category should I enter in my account ?

ATM, I have entered 

Category: Computers, accessories, and services

Subcategory: eCommerce services

Our business model is as follows :

Lets say a software company wants to outsource the payment collection.

They choose us as their 3rdparty aggregator. We will process payments for them (of which PayPal is one of the options).

A customer wanting to purchase that software will be redirected to our website where he / she will see the "PayPal" button to checkout and pay for the software.

Please let me know what category of business will this be.

If you're referring to the category you need to select for your PayPal Account Profile, you pick what you think is the closest to what you're business is.  (Some businesses don't always have an exact match from the drop-down selections.)
