I'm been audit by the IRS, and I need Ebay Mastercard statements to provide to IRS, for two months now, I have requested six times and still doesn't have my statements.
First call, I was promised that it will be in my mail within 5-7 days
second call, I was promised that they will send it to my email 24-48 hours, and 5-10 days I my mail
Third time, I was promised again it will be in my mail 5-7 days
fourth time, I was been promised it will be in my email 24-48 hours and will take 30 days to receive by mail.
Fifth time, was ROSE saying that email isn't an option here at Ebay Mastercard and she will mail it out immediately and will take 5-7 days.
Last time I called, I have the same promised and have been two weeks now.
What should I do next?
Write a request letter instead of calling ?
