Receiving and Withdrawing with Prepaid Visa

Hi everyone,

I have made my paypal account and asked some one to send me money through it, but he got a message that I need to set up my account.. 

I will go to make a Prepaid VISA internet card from Credit Agricole bank, so I wonder If I can receive cash from other people If I setted up my account with this Prepaid? What about withdrawing too? I think I need a bank account to withdraw?

You can't receive money to a PayPal card. It goes to your PayPal account and you use your card to access it. You do not need a bank account to withdraw money. You can request a check be mailed to you instead.

Ye, I just want to receive the money into my paypal account. I know I need a bank account to withdraw. 
So If I setted up my account with prepaid visa I can receive funds?
