Our race track operates on weekends and nights. We ordered a credit card reader and the order form asked for a physical address. We gave that. It did not ask for a shipping address. There is no one there to recieve packages during the week. The postal service returned reader. We have a P.O. Box for all mail. But we were not asked for a mailing address. I fear all correspondence will now try to mail to a physical address that has no mail box or people on duty to recieve.
Pay Pal should ask for 1). A physical address. 2). A shipping address and 3). A mailing address.
What do we do now? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
