Hello everyone 😉
Is it possible to have paypal setup on your website to facilitate payments from one member to another without the money to your websites paypal account?
E.g. Member A wants to pay International member B $10
Fees on this tranaction are 3.9% + $0.30 so $0.69
Who pays the fees under this scenario?
Does the site owner pay the fee once or twice? Or does one of the members pay the fee?

If both people have PayPal.
Then it would be like eBay, where the buyer buys from the seller. Only the person receiving the money would pay the fee.
