Paypal and Ebay have different fund release dates

I sold an item 10/26 and it was delivered 10/28. Ebay says funds should be released today 10/31 but paypal says 11/16. Thats the full 21 days. I have sold over 25 items in the past and I have always had funds released 3 days after delivery. Is this a paypal glitch or is something else going on here?

I got the exact same problem, eBay says 10/30, and paypal says 11/13. Hopefully, we will both get a confirmation about it soon.

I think something is wrong with PayPal today.... Yesterday I had several Ebay payments that were to be paid today.  Now when I try to check on the date of release of funds....it says to check back later??

Not sure what is going on?
