Paypal abuse

Hello to everybody.

On the last two days i lived a complete nightmare because of PayPal.

Three or Four days ago they just promotd me as legitimate user ( after they approved every one of my transactions ) and yesterday in the morning i receive a message that my account has been limited. Can't windraw my money, can't do nothing.

Okay.

I said : Let's email Paypal see what happens.

First email answer came with subject paypal apeal denied. I said again OK, let's find out what happend . Second email came exactly like first one a copy paste email, no motivs, no answer, NOTHING. ( I know what's an automatic message and wasn't that ).

So even 100E it's money for every one of us i will give up on them i guess. But i will do this my cruciade. Will take testimonials from my clients, will take testimonials from other abused clients because since this thing happend 9 of 10 PayPal users and friends of mine told me they have been abused the same way.

Well, me ?

I will go to this until i can. News, Law Suits, everything it's at my demand. Paypal should learn once for all that's not a Bank, not a state institute, just an Online Wallet who holds OUR MONEY on a fee, not free.

Maybe some of you will laugh and whatever, but that's what i will do.

Thank you. But luck has nothing to do with it.

Hi Avica. I realise English is likely not your first language... and perhaps you misunderstood the sarcasm in my statement. I said "Good luck" precisely because in my experience it's a matter of pure luck (chance) whether one gets any joy or success dealing with Paypal Customer service. When a company has excellent customer service, they are professional, systematic, and have great follow-up until a matter is resolved. My experience with Paypal customer service is nothing like that. It's a mess. Their customer service seems to come down to random chance or luck as to whether a matter gets resolved efficiently, or perhaps not at all.

Indeed i respected your advices and call them. The call ended with : " Hey, i'm just the messanger " . That's coming from the part of the PayPal customer center because they haven't been able even to know why they limited my account and he put me to email them again.

Sorry to hear that.

Anyway, i haven't found the solution but at least i will try because seriously, this really needs to stop.

I agree. In my case, the way I am making it "stop" is by reducing my use of their services, until eventually I have nothing more to do with them.

I refuse to support or deal with a company that treats its customers and merchants so poorly. As for trying to fit a battle with them? I've got more important things to invest my energy into. However, I hear your frustration, and I wish you all the best in finding an outcome that satisfies you. If it's in any way possible, I encourage you to just leave Paypal, and find other solutions. Depending on where in the world you are, there may be other ways of doing things.

No, i understand the " Good luck " thing. I just wanted to tell you that even in some cases you really need a bit of luck here it's irrelevant.

Yeah, already started to investigate and check other alternatives but i have time for PayPal aswell. As other " private club " they can deny you, delete, block your account but NEVER hold your money.

Their problem it's they forgot an online wallet it's not exactly a bank and someone, somehow need to make them understand that by the only way they know : Losing money.

They probably think they are the best now, people doesn't have alternatives and so on but **bleep**, they are so wrong. Loosing one user may not be so bad for them, but one today one tomorow 5 after three days and they will see, you ain't the king on an open market. How even banks works to gain the customers, PayPal will beg for them in a few years and then we all who had this treatment from them we will laugh very very bad.

Seems now i don't have to do anymore here or on my PayPal account.

So, thank you again and i wish you the best iin life!
