PayPal Here app on iPad

I have PayPal Here in my Android Phone and on my iPad Mini.  It works GREAT on my phone!  I've never had any problems with it there.  I'm doing an event next weekend and trying to go through a test run on my iPad so I'm able to work with a larger screen during the event and it keeps telling me that I need to turn on Location Services for PayPal Here and then relaunch the app.  I check my settings and I have the location services turned on for the app.  I've tried restarting my iPad, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, relaunching the app, turning location services off then back on again and it still tells me that I need to turn location services on.

 

Does anybody else have this problem or is there a way to fix this?  I'm hoping to not have to use my phone for this event to accept payments.

Since updating software on iPad i am having trouble opening the PayPal here app. It also keeps telling me to switch on locations even though they are. Has anyone come up with an answer. Cheers
