Need to complete my paypal account by confirming my payoneer prepaid card to paypal

My Payoneer prepaid mastercard was not been accepted to paypay,i have entered the informations correctly,please someone could help me to find a right way to do this,because i'm not able to complete my paypal account by confirming my payoneer Prepaid mastercard to the web site.

Don't think a payoneer card is accepted by paypal so you won't be able to add it.
