Firstly you are not allowed to sell on a personal account and if you do then you will have no paypal seller protection and will be forced to upgrade at some point anyway.
If you are not a registered business you still need a business account but you select the "individual pathway" when you fill in the info.
If you are selling and not receiving money you need to give more info, are the payments pending in your paypal account balance? Have you had an email to say your buyers have paid etc??

Yes I have emails but on another email account... Because when I used firts time Ebay and Paypal I have two different email address. Paypal balance I have £0.00 When I bought on Ebay its everything fine ... there are no problems with buying
So if you have the wrong email address on your ebay auctions then it won't go to your paypal account will it !!!
Go and find the transaction in your “my ebay” > click to the right where it says sell similar > don't fill in anything just scroll down to the payments section > look in the paypal box > is the email addy in there correct with no spelling mistakes? If so then it would have been wrong on your finished auctions so come back for more advice.

I have this email address and everything emails from selling on this address, but in Paypal account I have different address email... Can I change thisonce?
OK you should not really have 2 paypal account unless one is personal and the other one is business.
If you have located the paypal account that that email address is attached to then yes you can withdraw the funds to any bank account linked to that paypal account.
BUT you can't link the same bank account on both your paypal accounts.
Do you still have a card linked to that old paypal account??
