Money is deducted after sandbox business account is deleted

Hi All,

I have done testing by deleting the sandbox business account .

But order was placed successfully ...now where did the money got deposited  ??? Smiley Frustrated

Also money got deducted from user sandbox account  😞 

 

Is this expected behaviour of Paypal express checkout ??
