Paypal broke something in it's IPN system on April 14th. IPNs prior to that can be resent from the IPN history page. IPNs after that cannot. The IPNs still appear in the history list, but if you examine the IPN message you'll notice a few odd things
(1) Notification URL is blank
(2) Latest Delivery Attempt datre/time will be some date in 1985
(3) IPN message will be blank
(4) Instead of being "Transaction made" the IPN type will be "Other transaction made"
I've raised a ticket about this with paypal merchant technical services but I've had no response at all.
Does anyone know how I might be able to get some attention? There are a few other people complaining about the same issue, but not heaps, so I guess the problem is just localised to one server, and not a worldwide issue, so probably not considered all that important by paypal. It's certainly annoying the crap out of me though.
