How to convert my money to one currency?

Hey guys 🙂

2 months ago I got 200 euro from friend, and converted it to NIS, now I got 200 euro again but couldn't convert it to NIS, So I have the money left from the first 200 euro that I converted and the new 200 euro I can't convert. 

What can I do to convert all to NIS? because the money always change somehow...

This is from the Help FAQs:

You can transfer some or all of your PayPal balance from one currency to another.

Here’s how:
 

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile at the top of the page.
3. Click Currency Balances under "Financial Information."
4. Enter the amount to convert in the Currency Exchange field.
5. Choose a currency to convert to.
6. Click Calculate to preview the conversion results.
7. Click Review Exchange to accept the conversion.
8. Confirm the transfer by clicking Exchange Currency.

Currency conversions are not available for PayPal accounts in Argentina, Brazil, and Malaysia.

Doesn't have this option. I just can do this:
