How to Cancel PayPal Pro

I do not need to accept credit card payments anymore. My Business is only seasonal.  I thought i cancelled it already last month but they just took out another $30

Any ideas?

Below are the steps and you probably did just that:

• Log in to your account
• Click the "Profile" subtab.
• Click "PayPal Monthly Billing" in the Financial Information column.
• Click the "Cancel Agreement" button.
• Confirm that you want to cancel by clicking the "Cancel Agreement" button.

Most likely, it's timing as to when you canceled and when they bill.  You may need to follow up with customer support.

Yes that is what i did, but at the top i see the Paypal Manager still and i can still log into that and still lets me go to virtual terminal

I think its a scam hoping people dont realize they are stil lgetting charged for it. There should be an obvious option someone to cancel

I emailed support and they give me some generic answer about how to cancel my entire account

Instead of going to the Financial Information section of your profile, look to the right hand side for a section that says Billing. Then click on the Mange Monthly Billing link. You should be able to cancel there. I just did it and it worked and the option for the Virtual Terminal is no longer on the front page of my account.
