You can't. Paypal claims that it's too much of a burden on their servers to pull more records at a time. My suggestion to them was to size the results based on how many incoming transactions the account has per day. Users that receive 50 a day on average should be able to set the results to 50 per page load. Paypal really doesn't care what their users want. 95% of their revenue is made on people who sell less than one item per day. There's just millions of those people.
