Help with wrong email

I've received a payment from a storenvy account.
I opened a storenvy and linked it with my paypal account (wich is gmail). I used my hotmail account to create my account in storenvy and I didn't notice that in my settings, my hotmail email was set as my paypal email.
Now, I havent used that hotmail account in years, and I can see in my messages that I've received the money but I cannot access this account. I've tried changing my password but I don't remember the security questions. I also tried getting a call from paypal but the number i had in that account no longer exists. I've tried the option where I get a new password by postal mail but Im not sure if the adress was correct in this old account.
What I find extrange, is that this old account was in no way linked to my current gmail account, but the message I received have the name of my business (wich was not in my old account settings)
I'm really lost and I don't know what to do, I told the buyer to file a claim to this old account and see if she can get her money back. I really need to find a way to acces to this acount I live i nPerú and none of the telephone numbers of paypal work for me.
