I am starting to ship using the flat rate padded envelope. I wasn't able to find it so I shipped it via regular flat rate envelope. It turns out that is cheaper. I found out when 1 of my items came back to me.
3 months ago I apent 15 minutes trying to figure this out but ended by giving up. I had no clue.
