Hello, the simplest thing to start with is adding Paypal 'buy it now' buttons to your web site.

The same Paypal page where you create the button, will generate the html code that you need to paste into your web site. It's really as simple as that.
When someone clicks your button, they will be taken to a Paypal page where they can complete the payment. Paypal will then notify you with an email.
This is still only a partial answer though, because the selling process isn't really over until ...? I'm not sure. Everything could go fine, or Paypal might decide to take back the money, after 3 months, because the customer complained about something. All sorts of fun stuff. So be prepared. On average everything should go fine, however be prepared that for any particular item you sell, you may never see it, or the money again. Make sure you have enough funds to see you through the bumps.
