Dispute, just want to issue a refund asap, but how?

A buyer opened a case regarding an item bought from me. I have no problem with her request for a refund. Despite my best untentions, I **bleep** up and I want to refund her payment righf away. I don't even need her to return the item actually, I just chose to select that option because it made more sense tgan tge "replace tge item" option. The buyer replied, all is cool. But how do I simply get her a refund??? I issued a refund once when there wasnt a dispute and it was easy. Now I cant find any way to do it.

- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Resolution Center.
- Select Open Cases from the list and find the transaction.
- Click the Case ID under the Case column.
- Click Offer a refund on the case details page.
- Enter the amount you want to offer and click Calculate to figure out the net refund amount and fee refund.
- Click Offer refund.
Advice is voluntary.

Nope. That just communicates a refund amount to the buyer, who says, "yeah, that's great." Or not.
It does not issue a refund.
I just want to do right by my customer. Why wont paypal let me do this???

Hmm, that is exactly what I did, but I saw no opotion to submit anactual refund. No further options at all. The dispute is still there. Sooooo frustrating. I just want to do the right thing.
