Confirming bank account, deposits not showing up.

I attempted to link my savings account to paypal a couple weeks ago, but the two small deposits have not showed up. What should I do?

Contact customer support. You can do that via email, phone or through Twitter @AskPayPal or via Private Message on their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PayPal

To use the email form:
* Login to your Account
* Click on the Contact Us link
* On the Send Email page
Select a topic = Bank Account/Credit Card
Select a sub-topic = Random Deposits
* In the box - Enter last 4 digits of your bank account
* Answer Question - Have you contacted the bank and located the two random deposits?

PayPal should contact you regarding the confirmation of your U.S. bank account. Note, it may take a little time for them to get back to you as the responses are not immediate.
You should also be aware that linking a Savings Account in most cases will work however, because it's a Savings Account, there are limits as to what you can do with it. For example, you may be limited as to the number of withdraws or transfers you can do each month whereas there's no limits with checking accounts. This is not a PayPal thing but, a banking policy. You may want to follow-up with your bank to find out what their policies are.
