I think this is the right place for this post. I've been charged to solve a problem for a friends business. Instead of having clients fill out a form on their website, by friends want to be able to collect 6-7 pieces of info in the Transaction Details page provided by Paypal. I have read that this it is possible to customize this using the Developers API. I truly don't mean to complain but have called Paypal several times, have spent almost 2 hours at this point on the phone just to get hung up on, misled and misinformed. My last attempt 6 days ago left me with "Tech suppoprt will email you within 24-48 hours with information to help with your issue." I have yet to hear from them.
Is this capability possible and if so where do I get started. I am unable to find specific info online. Many thanks in advance for any help that will point me in the right direction.
