Cash Transaction?

I loaded my Starbucks Coffee Card from my PayPal account. Will i be charged as a cash transaction?" Will the finance charge be higher?

It does not appear there are additional charges as long as the funds are coming from your PayPal Account Balance however, you should contact Starbucks for confirmation:

I'm not sure! But PayPal adds the cash to load my Starbucks Card & the cash is added to my PayPal Extras Card, I think that's how it works.
