Cant receive Money as Frirends/ Family option

I was trying to sell to stuff , but the buyer said he couldnt send money to me using Friends family option, he got this message:

"This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions."

However, if he tried Goods/Service, it worked ! I have done some research but i couldnt find the thing, this is how my profile looks:

Its against paypal rules to accept a friends / family payment when you sell items.

You are evading paying your paypal fee and negating your buyers protection.

If you have a "website" for selling then paypal will know that folks sending you money are buying items so are stopping the friends / family option.
