According to a response from PayPal customer service-It is true you can only have the Extras Credit Card MasterCard or Smart Connect Card. The difference between the two is that the Extras Card has rewards and is accepted anywhere MasterCard and PayPal are accepted and the Smart Connect Card offers no rewards and is accepted only where PayPal is. You can also have a PayPal Business Debit Card at the same time you have a PayPal Extras MasterCard. I was advised my PayPal Business Debit Cards that I was inquiring about are still active and available to use, just my Extras Credit Card was automatically made my primary payment method. The PayPal Extras Credit Card can be used as a back up payment method for the PayPal Business Debit Card as well. I hope this information helps someone else in the future.
