Can anyone tell me where I have seen the world map that shows where payments come from?

I remember seeing it somewhere - I am pretty sure it was on Paypal and not eBay but now I can't find it anywhere. Can anyone help?

It just points to a list of customers now.

Yep.  No map!  Kinda mad they did away with that.  It was nice to see in one view where payments are coming from.  Now, we get a list we have to scroll through.  This doesn't help me any.

I had confirmation when I emailed them that it had been removed. Frustrating since we ran reports based on the data.

My name is Shelley and I work on the Product and Site Support team. Don't worry let me look into this for you.

The option you are reviewing to where a world map would appear and display your customers is no longer available. The only way you will be see the information is to download the information in to a CSV file on Excel and you will be able to filter through the dates you want and the any specific countries you have shipped to.

I have included the details below on how you can download your payments.

Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
Click Activity at the top of the page.
Click Download at the top right corner
Choose the dates you need to look into
Select the file type for download - CSV file is Comma Delimited - All Activity
Click on Download History
Note:

On the Download History page you'll have the option to include your shopping cart details.
When downloading a large history log, you may experience a delay. We'll email you when your file is ready to be downloaded.
When it is ready you can view the file by clicking Recently Downloaded Logs on the 'Download History' page.
