So, i am getting the w9 threat, for some reason my TIN isn't matching up, and i really don't feel like fighting with paypal. Anyway, so i received the threatening b notice, and also the email today. My question is this, if i don't receive 20k/200 or receive a 1099-k can paypal backup withold 28% with a invalid TIN?
