I have some money in my paypal balance and I want to withdraw it to my bank account. So I clicked on the paypal balance ->Transfer -> then choose my debit card that I previously linked -> I put the amount then I click transfer now. Whenever I do this process I get a message saying “Right now, we're not able to complete this transaction.” Anyone has an idea what is the problem?

Withdrawal sources differ country to country, not sure but I think you need to withdraw to a credit visa in your country.
