The case was closed in the seller’s favor as the proof of return you provided was invalid. I already provided the shipping label (provided by the seller) along with screenshot of the tracking details from DHL showing that the item was returned to the seller on We, 13.12.2023, 13:50 hours. But Paypal still closed the case in seller's favour with the reason that the proof of return you provided was invalid that. Not sure what Paypal wants. Now the seller has the product as well as the money. Any suggestion what to do next and anyone can help?
I am already posting this to all the social media with the proof. Also trying to see if there is any legal resolution for this. The amount is 264.90 € and it is a very big amount for me.
