PayPal app will log in only once then has to be deleted and reinstalled to use again. Why?

What can I do if I can't log in?  

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

I’ve went through all of that stuff. Using the app only works if I delete it every single time then re-install. I can use the web version though. I’d just rather use the app.
