Hello folks.
I sold an 26 year old car on ebay in july. A lady brought it even though I tried to say it was an old banger etcetc trying to put her off.She didnt view the car instead asked me to arrange delivery etc after paying via paypal. She now wants her money back and has started a dispute claim etc.
I cant seem to find where or who to ring!!
Any help much needed.

Hopefully her dispute will fail as their is no buyer protection for motor vehicles.
But she can open a chargeback directly via her credit card company but only if she funded her paypal payment that way.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

If she opened a chargeback then its the credit card company that makes the decision so you need to wait for them to decide and only refund when you are told to do so by paypal.
