Changing name us made practically impossible by PayPal. I have send several messages about my official name change, but no ansver, just automessage. They atomated name change system is asking all kind of irrelevant papers and don't work at all. In account detail there is PASSPORT number, there us all the information they need to verify my official name. I have no other option than close my account and made new one. But then i lost my premium status that i had since 2004. PayPal used to be good service , now it is bad, because they customer service if a fail. Probably they want only US customers because they don't bother fix time zone nor name change issue, nor they ansver any communication by customer. Just automessage, nothing more.
