Well I only upgraded to a business account because the paypal balance had disappeared for some reason, not sure why though to be honest. lets see, there were three transactions to my account, the first to were 'send to friend' and the other was I think business transaction, I don't remember. they were usd currency and the country they were from is the Philippines and I'm in the USA, if that helps. as for the confirmation, tried to confirm them, but when I tried (and while my account was still a personal account) I got a message saying 'oops, that page doesn't exist' while now that my account is business, it says 'we are not able to find this transaction id and that's when I hit the link in the emails that I received concerning the transactions. can you please check and try again later. Also, how do I downgrade from business back to personal account, if that's possible? I only ask on that because I tried looking it up and when I tried the options, it didn't show any of the things as options after hitting the 'contact us' link
