ive had a couple of invoice requests from my hermes previuosly. they have said the parcel weight is too heavy but have never provivded evidence so ive cancelled the invoice. ive just got another invoice. but this time there is no cancel option. ive asked them to provide proof the parcel is over the limit. but they dont have any. so im not paying. i rwalise the invoice can just sit in my account, but i dont want this. i want it clearing. cheers
