When I am trying to file disputes for items not received or not as described, I only get unauthorized charges (or whatever automatically populates). How do I change that dispute to what I’m actually disputing? I’m typing my information in the box referring to my true issue and EVERY claim is denied because it truly isn’t an unauthorized charge...like no one is physically reading my dispute, but getting automated responses. PLEASE HELP!!! I have two disputes that are dragging me down in time wasted with PayPal’s (NOT SO MUCH OF A) Resolution Center.
