No "Shipped" on new layout?

What happened to the "Shipped" notification on a customer in the new layout for PayPal sellers? It now only says "Completed", so you have to click on the transaction to check to make sure it was shipped. It was much better to have the "Shipped" notification show up on the listing so you can confirm immediately by looking at your customers that the item was indeed shipped. ... View more

Money transfer to bank not working this morning?

February 6, 2017   I just tried transferring money to my linked bank using Chrome, then Edge then Firefox. The window that comes up for the "From" and "To" is correct, but there's nowhere to click "OK".   So apparently this is broken this morning? Shipping fees increased today?

I went to print out my standard 2 oz.  USPS First Class package mailings today and noticed the price has increased from $2.45 to $2.60.   I searched and found nothing about a price increase on USPS or PayPal websites.   Is this a mistake or has the price for 1-3 oz. First Class packages on PayPal increased by $0.15? If so, it would have been nice to get an update notice about this?   Thanks, Rick.  ... View more

This is part of the problem, right? PayPal is pretty much the only game in town. There are others...but I can't even think of their names, that's how little market penetration they have.   Does PayPal have a Twitter or Facebook account? I'll have to look. Maybe if we start asking them there to fix this issue they'll wake up.   I had to log in twice in the help forum to post this response, then log in twice more in the PayPal site, then get an SMS code sent so I could actually get this posted.    Apparently, it doesn't matter whether you use the Verisign card or TFA via SMS on the cell phone, the system still is forcing us to log in twice.     ... Same here, I reported this to them months ago and no fix. I sent another email to customer service about a week ago asking when it will be fixed and I got back the standard "here's how to reset your password" automatic email.   So we can't even get through to someone now at PayPal about this problem.   Meantime, I tried to stop using my Verisign card and I'm using the new PayPal two factor authorization, where they text you a code. But that hasn't changed anything, I still have to log in twice before I can get to the part where I click on the button to ask for the text.   I have a very long password so it's a real pain to have to log in twice. I don't understand why they're doing this and why it can't be fixed. ... View more

Couldn't agree more, we all need to send emails to PayPal support to get them to fix this problem.   Question: does this only happen to users of the Verisign number generator card? I'm guessing the answer is yes, otherwise there would be thousands of people here complaining. ... View more
